Re: Next week looks like a wash out thanks to hurricane Gordon
Latest run I saw had Florence stalling and sitting off the Va/NC border then moving slightly south off of OBX before heading slightly east and up the coast.

Do these storms usually bring the pelagic species closer inshore after the blow? Or does it just spread them away from us?

Re: Next week looks like a wash out thanks to hurricane Gordon
Who knows which way this storm will track it’s a crap shoot. Trailered the boat out yesterday for some routine maintenance before bass season and that’s where she’s going to sit for the next week or so. Either way a good power washing, fresh coat of wax and some service work couldn’t have happened at a better time. Dan is right in his post every fluke season is cut short by storms in September. Fingers crossed this storm stays away!!!

Tides are already crazy high with new moon and the current storm, def a good time to do the mid year service, as well as have peace of mind . .
