11/22 blackfish report

[Roman' Round Charters]

We ran an open boat trip today with a great group of new guys to us. The morning started off slow as the wind and tide changed directions and kept pulling us off the small pieces I anchored up on.
We made a move to some deeper water and found fish willing to eat..
Shorts still outnumbered keepers 4:1.
But we wound up with 16 nice roasters.
No giants today but a steady pick in the afternoon.
We have some open boat spots available for next week.

Fun day on the water. Good Capt., mate and crew. We had fish but too many shorts. Walt was the slayer of the day. Enjoyed my day immensely. Thanks to everyone and have a Great Thanksgiving.
