Thanks Razz, Lab and Tommy, my family seriously appreciates your generosity

I think 33 fish is really good for our crrew with the conditions, should've been 3 more (personally speaking of the wiffs)

Super huge thanks for everyone who brought some viddles along today, (can't believe I didn't mention Mickrazz's venice stew which was top notch, the brownies from heaven), and to the crew who got us back and forth safely and put us on the fish

what a great way to end my NJ blackfish season! Next it's back to Delaware (different boat)! I really enjoyed myself today thanks to EVERYONE on board.

I just finished another brisket sangwich and it looks like my wife may get to try some.

Thanks again to smokey and LAB.

PS: anyone want to buy some hooks

Since I can't comment personally of the bites that never occured for me, I can certainly thank Lab for the set up, the creators of Bambi stew and the barbeque from heaven. What the fish lacked in feeding, I made up for 2X.
It was [I]nice[I] watching you all catch fish... No it wasn't, it actually sucked But I still enjoyed the cast of characters today. Thanks for all your effort Capt. Ken and Chris.
I waited 8 hours for a bite , now I get to wait til spring too.

I am in Palm Springs CA right now on business and it is 70 and sunny...(I know - I have a tough job) and I am sitting here cracking up laughing...great reports.

Great "all star" trip...sounded like a lot of fun.

So Alan...I guess I am NOT the only one that sleeps

Thanks Lab for putting this together. Chris and Capt Ken did a great Job putting us on some good structure and being willing to pull up and move if things died down.

I have a couple of questions.

How come Steve keeps the shrimp all too himself? Perhaps it would he was afraid that they would be gone in a couple of minutes and none would wind up on a hook.

Why did you guys pick on Alan? He such a quiet yet friendly guy. I can tell you I'll never go to sleep on a boat with you guys.

I noticed LAB all fishing from every spot on the boat at one time or other. Was he?
A: Following the sun to keep warm.
B: Making the rounds like a bride at a wedding to make everyone feel welcome.
C: Checking everyone's technique and giving pointers to make sure they caught fish.
D: Mugging the last guy who caught a fish.

It was great to fish with you guys. (and Kimmy) She's one determined fisher person.

The only down side is: When can I get some more of the BBQ from Steve?

i had a great time, thanks to LAB for putting this together. as mentioned before, it was a slow bite, but with this crew, you pay for the show- the fishing is a bonus.

things i learned today.
1) smokey joe (tom) makes killer BBQ-top notch-excellent-really, really good
2) never, i repeat, never fall into a deep sleep with this crew!!!!!
3) mickrazz, with all his threats to punch everyone in the nose is actually nice guy and makes good stew.
4) capt and crew of the MIMI are top notch (thanks kenny and chris)
5) NJ Fishing is a good bunch of guys and gals
6) Lab gets seasick
i was a pleasure fishing with all aboard and putting more names and faces together. lab- i hope you didn't get too queazy seeing "ALS"- it was friggin cold man!!!

Points of reference:

1. Staying in the SUN was the top priority; mugging was a close second!

2. I do NOT get sea sick because I wear a patch to PREVENT getting sea sick. The seas don't scare me, it is the NJFISHING.COM CREW that scares me. Can you imagine the pics if I was caught tossing chunks? Fageddaboutit!

3. Seeing that snot run from ALS's nose to UNDER his chin WAS GROSS. I felt like I had a little kid again; I was gonna wipe his nose.

4. Seamstress Steve keeps his shrimp semi-frozen so it's not edible as used for bait.
