Medicinal Marijuana can not be smoked in public. It must be smoked at home or otherwise in private. The laws are not clear concerning transporting it or using it in a location other that ones private residence.

These guys were just living it up and having a good time.

I did for years,, School bus driver. Even if I was getting "second hand" exposure, it could bring a positive, and I'd be gone...Our testing was random as well.. anytime on any given day.
One time, I was sitting at a traffic light, stopped. A guy in a van ran into my bus. Rear ended while stopped.

He goes on his merry way, after getting an "insufficient brakes" ticket, I am taken from my bus on the spot, another driver substituted, and taken to the bus garage, where there is a drug inspector waiting for me, and I get piss tested and breathalyzed, while the driver that hit me while I was stopped, is driving around.
So yeah, these days, I want to be no where around anyone thats smoking horseshit on a headboat.. It could cost me a job... bob

If you are on a Party Boat be respectful to others on the boat especially kids or go upstairs - Dumbazzzes.If it bothered yo that much you also should have asked a mate or the Captain to tell those Dumbazzes to stop or do something about it

To each is own , I have to fish next to guys who chain smoke and are piss drunk sometimes, it is a party boat and you should know what your getting into when you get on one

I would rather fish next to a stoner than a drunk - much easier to deal with -IMHO and experience

WOW, that was some interesting reading.
I also would rather be next to a guy who is stoned instead of Drunk, I just don't want to get second hand weed smoke cause I too get drug tested at work and don't need to lose my job because someone doesn't have the decency to have consideration for others.
