I think I'll be foregoing raw clams from the Shrewsbury/Navesink rivers this year but I wonder about cooked crabs.

Do you really think the state would reopen the clam beds if unsafe bacteria levels were found in the strict testing that is done?! more for meee!

Yes they would... To think otherwise is folly

My cousin is dead now from lung cancer, he was a first responder FDNY who never smoked a day in his life and got lung cancer 9 years after 9/11 from the stuff he inhaled...
