Wanna know what Escolar looks like? Check out the frozen YFT boneless steaks at BJ's. (Frozen bags( They are OK if you just have one 6oz helping, eat two........................and you realize it is not tuna!!! Your best friend is suddenly "Charmin"!!!!!!

In Canada when you buy a can of ''tuna'' it is labeled.The can says,yellowfin,albacore or skipjack.Can you imagine skipjack!!!The reason they get away with this in the states is because skipjack is in the tuna family.Starkist at 89cents a can is skipjack.I would not feed skipjack to my cat.If a can of tuna is at least $189 read the label it is real tuna.We need better monotoring of our canned and polluted farm raised fish.All farm raised fish are toxic.
