![]() It's an old discharge pipe from Tenneco. When I was a kid the river ran red after the "pipe". They put a notch in it for the shad, what a joke. All this work is being paid for by the companies that polluted the heck out of the river, not one dime out of taxpayers pockets. There is a huge push on the Raritan and Millstone to restore river herring and shad.
