I could be wrong but isn't recreational boating in NY closed since the marinas and ramps are considered non essential? Saw it in one of the executive orders and know it was under article 13.

Gateway is national so they were not affected until now.

Sandy Hook is national -same park but the governor closed the road approaching it so the feds closed Sandy Hook

I ended up skipping the salt this weekend and opted for some wild trout instead. Shame, seems almost all the beaches are closed now. Just want to get out and land a fish with my new rod, but it'll have to wait for now.
