Put a little old bay and fresh garlic in your butter,
I eat most of my blackfish that way !!!!!!!! ITS GOOD Was told the sugar changes the make up of the meat, and it works with Halibet the same way. I believe Bob Morrell Posted the recipe last year, been using it ever since
