Wow! Thanks to MOM. I didn't have any Ling so I used the white meat of a few small Blue Fish to great success. Even my freind who does not eat fish liked them.

Wow!
Just made a batch from my catch from my trip on Thursday. I used yellow peppers and skipped the celery. (I am the only one in the family that likes celery) They came out amazing. My 7 year old daughter said they are better than crabcakes from a restaurant and my 12 year old son loves them too. Will try to make a Cod trip next week so I can get some more fresh fish. Thanks again for the recipe. |
