Tangerine Thresher with Yams and Spinach
2 Pounds Thresher Shark, cut into four 8 oz. pieces 8 Ounces Spicy Tangerine Marinade (if you want the Spicy Marinade recipe you have to trade me 6 steaks) HAHAHA 6 Ounces Orange Juice 2 Bunches Fresh Spinach, trimmed and washed 1 Pound Yams, peeled and sliced into disks, about 1/4-inch thick Kosher Salt and Freshly Ground Black Pepper Marinate Thresher Shark in Spicy Tangerine marinade for at least 2 hours. Cook Thresher Shark on preheated barbecue grill for about 5 minutes per side. Place the remaining marinade in a small sauce pan, add Orange Juice and place on the grill, cook until it comes to a boil, set aside. Season Yams with Kosher Salt and freshly ground Black Pepper, and grill for about 3 minutes per side or until tender. Divide fresh Spinach evenly on four plates. Place grilled Thresher Shark and Yams on the spinach and top with the Spicy Tangerine Sauce. Enjoy

Blacked is best, however, my friend grills it with Old Bay. It tastes like steak.
