LOL I could not agree more about clams!
The way you've described sounds nice. We've done it before with horseradish and the cocktail sauce with lemon. Never did it with parsley though! Might have to give that a try. We do raw with malt vinegar, lemon, and a touch of cocktail sauce. When I go this coming week, possibly Tuesday, I think I am going to try smoking them for a little while and see how that plays out. Always willing to try new recipes for sure haha.
