Green is a good color, and always catches fish.. I like white for spoons, plugs, bucktail jigs, etc, for certain fish, mostly trout/salmon/pike... Walleyes and bass not so much, I prefer green, brownish[crayfish or motor oil type color], or a subdued silvery shad/sawbelly/alewife color.. however, certainly lots of trout are caught on green spoons in this area, but I personally like white better...
