Pass..That stew was an oil can .. Really really greasy . I make it completely different. You need to brown the beef to develop a nice fond to darken the stew, but thats just my opinion.. I suppose if you can stomach that amount of grease it would be tasty enough, but I dunno, at my age it would have detrimental effects I will not discuss here!
