IMO fishing the SHR is easily done with a rebar wreck anchor. and way less line.
Many times you can fish those rubble piles in 55' of water with less than 100' of line out. ( my wreck anchors are attacked to 150' lengths)

I don't use much chain when using a wreck anchor as the chain gets caught in the rubble too often.
usually I only use about 4' of chain attached to a reverse pull rebar 6 tine anchor.
That small piece of chain is just for abrasion resistance not to drive the anchor down.

it sets fast, allows little scope so you stay on the piece.
