Now for cutting hooks the “Manley super pliers” are essential. As far as offshore split ring pliers I find the cheap ones to be the best, reason being you’re offshore stuff happens fast and you’re gonna drop them. Just my opinion.

2 X on the Boomerang.... Love these little scissors, they are sharp, compact and having the retractable lanyard is very handy... I wear mine around my neck when blackfishing when I know I'll be re tying a lot...
