That's what I was gonna say, if I can figure out how to catch one over 15" I may try it out. It's similar to a recipe I did with fluke a few months ago, but the fluke was too delicate for it. Blackfish is probably a better choice.

Thank you! Great recipe, I just added garlic. Just made this for dinner. Surprised all my kids ate it too. Wife even asked for seconds. It was excellent, entire family enjoyed it.

Have made this a similar way, love the parmesan recipes on the fish. For a little variety and spice, add some dijon mustard to the mayonaise......mmm mmm good!

If you like spicier, I have used an almost identical recipe but with sour cream and a little cayenne mixed in.
