I must be fortunate, my Carhartt's are now 8+ years old and lasting great! Wear then frequently and clean after each wear. AND, best of all I can still fit into them after all these years of ups and downs body sizing!! I do like the fact that they are not as heavy as others and waterproof is not an issue....
