![]() I live up North JERSEY & fish WAYWAYDA a lot. We have seen EAGLES follow the boat waiting for a fish to get caught & released then they swoop down & nail the fish after waiting patiently in a tree watching. This has happened a few times early in the season.
Last fall we had some OSPREY up there too for a few days but were probably displaced by the EAGLES- THEY DO NOT COMPETITION on the free pickerel. No fish in YANDA otherwise...do not go there it sucks!! ![]() |

![]() My local pond has 2 cormorants. Spent about 2 hours a day Saturday through Monday, they must have eat 7 or 8 trout. Fascinating. I would let the bald eagle have my stringer to see one up close.
