Try wacking the brake drums with a rubber mallet. Then try reverse, good luck.

Rollers or the actual trailering wheels? If the trailer wheels take them off and hit em with pb blaster and a steel mallet...use a breaker bar with two nuts at 13 and 6 o'clock and work it baby! Or 12 o'clock if you're on normal time...
