Unreal that "they"...NMFS has our back up against the wall...and to make the rod and reel fisherman feel bad about keeping even one BFT!! I don't even feel like an American anymore... Take, take, take and what does the average "Joe" have left? ZERO! I will feel sick to my stomach when I have to renew my 2014 HMS Permit - what good has the HMS extortion permit done for me (us?)...less and less every year. What a F*** joke... Joe T.
