Thanks for the link tropics.... Waited too long. I couldn't get around to winterizing it due to business travel until first couple days in Dec. Block and water pump froze up and I tried to get an electric heater inside by the engine compartment for a few hours and that was the end of it.

My advice .. move somewhere warm where you never have to deal with it or never let it go past mid-November for this reason.

Worst part is that the following week it turned 60 degrees again
