Number 4 gives the bass the longest time to get back. Best for all businesses. In may bass fishing is still very good. Shops need a fall fishery to help sustain them till bass show again. Number 4 is best

I would say option five would be best for fisherman, party boats and charter boats. I always say the longer season is better. Never really cared about the size limit...I don't think that inch hurts that much...even in the bay. I'd rather have the longer season to catch them.

OK so let's look at this. The longer season starts and ends earlier. The bass will be in prime season giving people charters and party boats included something to fish for. What are you gonna do on sept. 27? No fluke early for bass tog is closed who knows about sea bass and pirgies are iffy what will you fish for? I would rather five the bass the extra week to hopefully make a better showing.

Hey Paul.. Have you seen or heard about this about this..
http://www.pressofatlanticcity.com/c...9bb2963f4.html Talks about..."The Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission, a compact of East Coast states that regulates migratory fish, is considering an addendum to the fishery management plan to allow sharing between states. Such a management technique has been used on commercial fisheries but never for the recreational sector, said Interstate Fisheries Management Plan Director Toni Kerns of the ASMFC." Saying that we could have the possibility of getting some unused allocation from a state not using its full share.
