Dont quite understand why you would ban them. Did you think they might do it again or did it on purpose. You said if offered you would not have made them pay. How would you do that? But your boat your rules.

In the unlikely event that me or my crew happened to "drop" a boat rod, we would offer to compensate if we had any future intention of repeating the Charter in the future...just saying
