I thought THE swaying argument WAS delivered, quite eloquently by a "for hire" charter boat captain?

The southern fishermen wanted the smaller size and spoke (and clapped) to that end.

I just went up, told them I came with info from njfishing.com and gave them the numbers. I also expressed that the For Hire votes seemed to lean more towards 5 while the private fishermen leaned more towards 2.

Like I was told after the meeting "NOW they'll complain that all they are catching is 17" fish" and I tend to agree.
