Since there were quite a few people on the boat keeping pout last weekend, my brother and I decided to keep a couple to try.
He breaded and fried his and loved it. I sauteed mine with some spices. It tasted good but a little chewy. My brother says he is never throwing back another banana cod. JMURR, I have a new respect. Maybe you should start a thread with your recipes.

puree it add some peppers onion bacon some egg to stabilize touch of fresh parm and fry or bake em up just like a meatball or fish cake... and then it tastes like a lovely bacon onion and pepper fish cake
