Everything is a mess up in Pequannock.
Just waded out from our house which had 3' of water on the main floor last night. Was down to about 1' when i was walking around this afternoon. We were lucky the last 2 floods, but not this time.. The roads up here are f-ed. Took me 4hrs to get from my current residence(a hotel in Parsippany) to Pequannock!! A ride that usually takes 15 min. Better times coming and best wishes to all that were affected by this storm

Bayhead shores.. two hours before the AM high on Sunday morning (about 8:30am south end of canal) Water came up over the top of dock about a foot shy of the top of the pilling at dead high. Had we suffered the 9ft surge the weather reports predicted, boat would have been in the living room.
