GAMBLER --Good Day of Sea Bass
Gambler concentrated on the sea bass today. Good steady fishing all around the boat. No huge ones but mostly keeper size. Besides the bass, our anglers landed some nice ling. There was also a 10lb cod and an 8lb pollock taken. Everyone went home with a nice bag of fillets.
Tomorrow's (Saturday the 18th) is booked solid but there is plenty of open space for Sunday. On Mondays, we'll run our 10 hour sea bass special looking for some bigger and more variety, anchored over wrecks and rocks. We are currently fishing everyday for fluke and sea bass, 8AM till 2:30PM, except Mondays. Our plan is to drift over bottom that will produce both fluke and sea bass. On the days where the wind is too much to drift comfortably, the Gambler will anchor.
