Small Charter boat recommendation
Good afternoon,
A small fishing club with 30 or so members looking for a private boat to charter for stripers. I am aware of the new size regulations, therefore I would prefer to fish in the fall when the smaller fish are around and not in the spring. I would assume the Raritan Bay area would be better for the smaller fish in the fall opposed to the open ocean. Any recommendations on boats is appreciated Thank you
