Default Adirondacks camping 2023

Nick and I got to campsite early Friday,
our reward was doubling up on the first two smallmouth, but also our reward soon after was getting hailed on and getting spooked by lightning and so we quickly left the boat back to our island campsite.

Brandon and friend joined us later on,
Through Sunday afternoon, we had some rain here and there but stayed dry underneath tarps and tents and always slept dry and well fed by Chef Nick.

Smallmouth fishing was lit as always, we're both spoiled by smallmouth from Ontario and other lakes up north, we didnt catch any giants this trip, but this lake's number of 12-17 inch smallmouth is phenomenal, so much fun.

Nick also caught a wonderful 37 inch pike while jigging for smallmouth. It took some nasty runs and was exciting to guess what the fish was until we saw it. Some of us thought giant rare landlocked salmon lol.

Brandon and Nick may have some more pictures, feel free to post my amigos
