Round 2 Monster Striper Mayhem!!

well we got out there again this past saturday and hauled in some more beastly stripers. we tried to beat the storms coming in but the bay was getting hammered so we slipped into a pocket and waited for them to pass and really only dealt with a slight drizzle for a few minutes. Great day out there and not too much boat traffic.

I was able to bag my personal best striper at 53inches! unfortunately, it didn't have a full belly so it didn't quite make 50 lbs (even though plenty of guys would probably call this one a 50 pounder all day hahaha)

only took a few pics this time but I think between three of us we landed around 15 of these beasts! didn't get a chance to jig any this time so these were all on the troll.
