Well it was tournament time again! Fished solo on the mamba and ran the spread once again. Picked away all day at the rainbows went through close to 30 little shakers, and probably close to fifteen Lakers a lot of little ones with a few decent ones in the mix. Ended up picking up a nice brownie along the way with a few hours left. Had a few good lakers in the box and couldn’t find a breeder bow to save my life! Finally last hour I start trolling back to the boat ramp and the one rod goes off and it feels heavy a few mins in I see the beast on top splashing and it’s a good one!!!! Ended up taking out the whole side of the boat and at that point I stopped the boat completely just to make sure I get this girl to the net. In the net she goes and another tourney win for the year for the mamba. She went 5.2 lb
