Default 295 And Rising!/Greenwood Launch

Hope you and your families are all ok/well/healthy. A big thank you to all who signed the ONLINE petition.....we are up to 295 signatures and it is still rising.

We cannot stop here however....we must be vigilant.

Again one of the main complaints is that anglers do NOT utilize public businesses around the lake (restaurants, gas, ice cream parlor, etc.). Simply NOT true but anyway......also....SPACE.... claim is not enough space at Brown's Point....also accused of preventing marinas from making money. Want to be perfectly clear: this has nothing to do with getting in the way of a business trying to do business. Pg. 30 in the Fish Code clearly states: Greenwood Lake "Fishing Permitted 24 hours a day"......is this only for marina patrons and homeowners?????

We must strive for AS MANY SIGANTURES that we can get on both the paper petition and the online petition.

The paper petition is due back on June 30 2021. Contact me here with your private contact info and I will send you a copy. I have sent out quite a few copies already. Feel free to print, copy, pass around to all/anyone you know.

Written petitions can be returned to the following:

UANJ (United Anglers of NJ)
PO Box 253
Montvale, NJ 07645

Even if you are from SOUTH JERSEY.....many travel to fish.....we need your support! Even if you don't come up this way too often....we still need your support!

June 30 deadline will allow written petition to get around to all bass clubs since bass fishing is closed until June 15.

Again a big thanks to all for the support....keep it going.....stay well....stay healthy.

Capt. Dave
