Default 7/5 hot, sticky, yet memorable.

Went to a ressie from 10:30 to 2:30 and did more netting for the better half than catching myself. We prefer fishing where the pickerel numbers are few but sometimes you have to bite the bullet and deal with them. There a good chance of catching a big one or two every time you go but today was memorable in a couple of ways. My better half caught 6 pickerel, a few SM biggest 17" and lost a nice LM at the boat. What was memorable was that four pickerel were 24" and thick, one was 22" and a 20", they all gave a great fight but when they came up to the surface four of them exploded about 2' out of the water. They will jump on occasion but I've never seen it to this degree. I caught a 24" too, making five cookie cutters lol and lost a few small SM. Took a picture of two of her pickerel and a SM.
