DE/MD Fluke Party boat spinning rod?

Hi,

I am looking for a light spinning outfit for fluke PB trips for my friend.

- Planning to pair the rod with Daiwa BG2500
- Looking to spend sub $100

I did my homework and found....

- Star rods 7' Stellar Lite (Action?)
- St. Croix Mojo Inshore 7' Medium/heavy
- Tsunami Tsspjs-701H Trophy Slow Pitch Jigging Heavy
- Tsunami SWSPS701M Slim Wave Spinning Medium

Can somebody help me decide? I am open to other recommendations as well.
