Big Jamaica 1/19 Report: Jumbo Porgies - Ling - Hake - Mackerel and even a Haddock
1/19/19 Offshore Report Excellent Fishing on the Offshore Trip! Jumbo Porgies - Ling - Hake - Mackerel and even a Haddock Next offshore trip sails 1AM Saturday January 26 Fishing was excellent on Saturday with many Limits of Porgies, a few, ling, hake, mackerel, and even a Haddock. The pool winners were: Sammy Sin from Brooklyn NY with a 6lb Haddock, Telmo Marques from Silver Spring MD with a 3.75LB Ling. It looks good for upcoming trips. We read plenty of big schools of porgies around on the wrecks we fished. The Jamaica is scheduled to sail to the offshore wrecks every Saturday in January and February leaving 1AM boarding is by midnight Friday night. We also caught some Boston mackerel while we were fishing offshore wrecks but most passengers stuck with fishing the bottom. For reservations and information call 732-528-5014
