10/26 Good Sea Bassing Continues
Today we had a small group and with the good weather we decided to go anyway. The fishing was as good as it gets everywhere we went, the keepers couldn’t get to the bait with amount of short life. We bounced around here and there and had a couple decent stops. That was all it took to get it done. The guys boxed up our 5 man limit with around 25 nice porgies and a couple bones along with a few bluefish. Since we finished up early with the sea bass we tried a couple blackfish drops on the way home and it was no good. Skip got one nice keeper and a couple shorts.
We will see what the weather really does tomorrow before I make up a schedule for next week. The striped bass fishing will get good any day now so book your trip. We have dates available so call for availability. Capt Nick 732-299-2133
