3 rentals with boat slips! Fall fishing on LBI

If you are looking for a home base for the fall fishing on LBI i have 3 apartments on a shared dock 7 miles north of Beach Haven inlet.

Rent an appartment and get a slip for free! Unfortunately I cannot rent individual slips. We can handle about 26' max including outboard.

First floor has 4 twins, 1 queen and a futon
Second floor has 3 queens
Boathouse has a queen and a futon

Is your family tired of you disappearing every weekend to fish? Why not have a place where they can enjoy all that the island has to offer while you go out and bring home dinner! Imagine reaching in your fishbox and holding up that massive striper while they look down in admiration from your deck overlooking the bay. Imagine not having to put the boat back on the trailer or deal with towing home. Imagine taking an outside shower followed by a nap instead of racing through a honey do list since you were out fishing all day. Imagine grilling that fish with a cold beverage while watching what might be the best sunset on the island...

There is an old saying. Leave the house to fish, apologize to the wife. Rent a house to fish... never apologize for fishing again!

I admit i made that up but its at least worth a try. Now that i have your attention the prices on the units are negotiable based on length of stay. If you rent for the month the boat can stay the whole time. If your fishing skills are as bad as mine I can connect you with a few local charter captains who would take you out on the first day and put you on the fish so you know where to go the rest of the time.

Within a few blocks are one of two Wawas on the island, the Terrace Tavern, the Oyster House, a liquor store and Southwick's Marina. Beach Haven is an easy bike ride away as well as tackle shops if you need to raise your game.
