A current story in a fishing tackle trade magazine mentions Shimanos donation of 50 K to the CCA to commerate it’s 50 years of supplying and selling tackle to our market here in USA .
That’s $1000 per year, while all donations are certainly appreciated , it shows that many tackle companies barely pitch in to engage in our local fisheries issues
while we contuine to support their products without recourse .
However hats off to Aftco tackle company who contuine to outpace industry giants with generous money donations to many sport fishing efforts including our local Fluke fishery !
