Not good, hope everyone is OK....

The bay, especially around the tip of the hook and Romer can get pretty nasty...
Worst conditions I've ever encountered were right there. The waves stacked up real tight and were cresting in all directions... Felt like I was a cork in a washing machine.

Best thing to do is make sure your making enough headway so you have steerage, keep your bow pointed into them and if you do need to make a turn, time it so you are between the troughs and make it quick so you aren't taking them on the beam.
