john novak and friends 9/15/17 great trip!!  we hosted john novak along with alex, mike the couch, andrew the squidd mauler, quiet mike and wayne on their annual overnight adventure. we landed two large yelowfins and seven longfins before setting up for yet another uneventful night on the chunk. we had thousands of extra large squidd around the boat the entire night, one of these nights it's gonna bust wide open. back on the troll saturday morning in pea soup fog, we kanded four more longfins and our largest yellowfin. the guys could not have been anymore helpful and gracious. we ran home in flat calm seas with fourteen tuna on ice. as bob marley sings"redemption song"Posted by jenny_lee at 14:32 | Edit entry
