![]() (SAT) Today we ran our open boat Fluke trip and the AM was good fishing with a nice drift, the keepers and shorts were coming up at a good pace. The wind totally flopped and we lost the drift and the boat was not drifting at all. Due to no drift i started to bump the boat in and out of gear which helped us out and Jay put a nice 10 lb doormat in the net. We made a move to a local wreck and had a quick blast of keeper Fluke and a load of just missed the mark there. By days end Jay and Rob both had five keepers each(orl) and a few other limits as well plus some Sea Bass. The short life was super as guys had to have 15 to 20 each .
(sun) Today we had a charter for chris and his three friends for a day of Fluking. We started off a little closer to home to see what was going on but the current was screaming and it was not fishable, so we took a steam to where we have been fishing and we were into fish right away. The shorts were wild again with so many just a touch short, but all of a suuden the keepers came out to play. We started to get a nice pick of bigger units coming over the rails. Chris woung up with four nice keepers and rob a limit as well and everyone else had a few too. OUR LAST TWO FLUKE TRIPS ARE THIS FRI & SUN
