Seawaren Ramp

Inquiring as to is the Seawaren Ramp in Woodbridge free after Labor Day. I thought I had heard it is free before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. Fish the Hook out of Rumson during fluke season. Would like to fish Rock Pile #20 Raritan Reach in the Fall. Easier ride for my 17' Aluminum Sea Nymph Center Console. Launched out of the Keasby Boat club for many years until they lost their ramp.
