Default Nutjob on the Saddle - Warning!

A heads up on the Saddle River.
There is a guy/nut job who likes to throw rocks at fisherman/in the water behind his house. The house is 87 Jeffer Court in Ridgewood. The river runs behind the house, but there is public access via the Ridgewood duck pond/dirt path. The area is between the park and linwood ave along a rock wall with a lot of boulders. I was there last year with my son and yelling at me and throwing rocks from his backyard. This year he was on the rock wall throwing stuff into the river. I asked him "is there a reason you are doing that?" "His response - I ****ing feel like it...you don't own the river". Explained to him I was trying to fish. Kept going on and was throwing sticks and rocks at my line. I continued up the river and he continued ot throw rocks at my line and where I was fishing. Was going to call the cops - but he was back in his house by the time I got back to the area. I was afraid he was going to try to push me in the river from the wall...
Tense situation that I walked away from.
He's nuts.
He's got black hair and gauges in his ears...
Be safe if you fish this area.
