Mini-mushin restored & in-service!!!
It was nearly 8 months ago that I reached out to the fishing community asking for help locating the stolen Mini-Mushin, a highly restored 1972 Whaler 13 that was stolen from me. The response and outpouring of help and support was very moving and appreciated!!! After locating the stolen motor (detached from the boat/trailer), the boat and trailer were then found in mid-March in poor and severely damaged condition. The suspect (who has been arrested and now facing prosecution) damaged the hull, console and seats, and removed many of contents (electronics, etc.). So the Mini-Mushin had to go in for boat surgery and restoration (again). Well, after 7 months, she has been restored! As a small sign of my appreciation, I wanted to share a couple of photos of the restored Mini-Mushin!
