Hi Everyone!

My name's Nick. Long time lurker, even made an account a few months back, but this is my first time posting. I started fishing a few years back and quickly became addicted. I mostly fish for bass and pike, but I'm hoping to expand into other species - especially Musky!

I decided to head out to the river this afternoon in search of some pike. The water level was a lot lower than when I tried my luck there a few weeks back. The water was crystal clear today which let me watch two cookie cutter pike swipe at and miss my spinner. I really gotta grab some trailer hooks! I did manage to hook up with a beautiful 18 inch Pike shortly after. The colors on this fish were just awesome.

I met a really nice guy named Justin who also landed 4 pike and even showed me a few pics of a nice 30in+ pike he landed the day before. If you're an NJFer make sure you say hi
