Bluefin Tuna Survey: Your Help Needed!

Hi all,

If you are an HMS Charter/Headboat or Angling category permit-holder, you may be receiving a survey from me in the next week or two regarding the decision-making, preferences, and values of bluefin tuna fishermen. This survey is part of my dissertation research concerning the recreational bluefin fishery. I'm especially interested in helping to inform management strategies that maximize the welfare of anglers while keeping catches within prescribed limits.
