Trout persistence pays offs!!

So since Thanksgiving, I've been out 3 days with no luck. Powerbait, trout magnet and spinners. Today I woke up and there was a solid wind, but thought screw it, you were out yesterday in the rain, why not?! Good thing I did. I got there and decided to throw on the ol' neoprenes to get a little more distance. Started throwing my troat magnet to no luck with a line with powerbait on not getting any action. Decided to take em both in and throw a spinner around and it paid off!! 6 hooked and 4 landed. All beautiful fish with 3 being 15'' and 1 16" and all very thick. Wasn't expecting much of a fight from what I've heard, but they were a ton of fun on the ultra light. Released 3 of them and kept 1 to eat and enjoy the fruits of my labor a little longer.
