Decided I wanted to hit up the big P one last time to try and get a 30+"er. Hiked in pretty far to a stretch I haven't fished yet and managed to hook up with a new PB pike at 27" and another at 25". Also missed the 30+ I was looking for because he bit so lightly I thought he was a stick. After I wiggled my spinnerbait free of the "stick" I noticed it was more like a living log! Oh well, I can't really complain with two fish above my previous best at 22". Both fish swam away to see another day. Very happy I decided to go out!
