Catch recommendations for 2016-18 to be set in July

Two committees of the Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council set public meetings for July to set catch targets for the next three years for bluefish, scup, summer flounder and black sea bass: http://www.examiner.com/article/catc...id=db_articles
